I think one of the most rewarding and challenging things about being a designer in a commercial sense is seeing how far you can push work with your clients. So often I hear from young designers, stating 'my work isn't as good as I would like because the client wanted X, Y and Z'. Having the ability to get your client to push their creative limits and produce outstanding work on their dime, is what set good designers apart from great designers. Steve Younger clearly has this ability. Currently working at DAIS, I can imagine Steve is up against some very corporate clients. His work demonstrates that good things can come out of such environments if you have the right mindset.
