FLUTTER is a new animation house setup by 21-19 & The Jacky Winter Group. The idea, to bring to life some of Australia's best artists & illustrators work through animation.
If you visit the Flutter site, it outlines most of the basics about how closely we work together in developing creative. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.
