IN SYNTHESIS is a group exhibition celebrating the vitality of female artists working as collectives and collaborators.

Like the partnerships that spawned the work, the exhibition acts as if an alloy; the unification of ideas and persons being stronger than the sum of each part.

The art works chosen illuminate an ambitious and diverse group of contemporary artists working in process driven disciplines from installation, performance, sound, sculpture and video.

These works combine to create an exhibition focused on movement and energy encapsulating the vital spirit of a fresh and dynamic art connection branching varying points in artistic careers.

Using multiple levels and passages, the building is considered as a collaborator guiding and moving the audience to engage with works that inhabit the space and emphasising action and vigorous spirit.

With unified action and a space for exploration IN SYNTHESIS celebrate women in art and the communities they create.
