DIGITAL PRODUCER / PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a Digital Producer / Project Manager with a passion for digital media and creativity to assist our busy team with key accounts and the smooth running of production as we continue to grow.
Captiv8 is a boutique broadcast and digital media studio. Ideas, creativity and innovation is at the heart of everything we do. Our team consists of designers, directors, producers, editors and developers working from our beachside studio in Bondi.

We are seeking a Digital Producer / Project Manager with a passion for digital media and creativity to assist our busy team with key accounts and the smooth running of production as we continue to grow.

ACCOUNT SIDE

•Experience and knowledge of web design and development process and technology
•Develop and maintain positive, profitable client relationships
•Manage internal/external design and production team
•Understand the importance of managing client expectations and satisfaction
•Work with strategic, creative and technical teams to proactively develop new ideas that will benefit the client’s business
•Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships within a diverse client base
•The ability to quickly grasp business issues and work well under deadlines
•Look for and create opportunities for clients, the business and team members
•Ensure the business values are reflected in everything that we do
•Embody a culture of continuous improvement
•Have a sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables

PROJECT SIDE

•Strong project management skills and experience
•Work closely with technical and creative teams to develop and implement solutions
•Manage multiple client stakeholders with integrity and sensitivity
•Clearly translate client requirements in written, internal briefs
•Ensure all members of the project team understand the brief
•Provide direction and advice on strategy and solution where appropriate; or engage strategy team when required
•Provide a clear understanding of the Facebook open graph API and FB led consumer promotions
•Contribute to improving our methodology and processes
•Ensure the quality of time / project related data
•Support the development of team members and inspire a sense of support and direction
